At the peak of the binding process,  when the knot is being made, the piston of the Cicoria Big Baler is still in the compressing phase, relieving the knotter from the pressure on the twine of the expanding product.

This is possible thanks to the circular stroke of the piston and its synchronization with the needle (See phases below).

The result is the good quality of the binding even in difficult conditions: temperature of the environment above 40°C and humidity of the product less than 3%.
